Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The item remains unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products after opening.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Final sale or clearance items.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos for verification.
